Refund policy

Although we hope you love your order, we understand there may be times when you need to return an item to us. You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to return it to us for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, we kindly ask that all items are returned in their original condition, unworn/unused with their original tags/packaging. The cost of returns are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend that you send returns by tracked delivery using the post office or the courier of your choice. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns Procedure

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@mylifestylemode.com. If your return is accepted, place the item you wish to return in its original packaging or use your own suitable packaging so that the item is completely protected. Ensure you include your invoice/packing slip inside the package, and send to:

Damages and issues
On the rare occasion, there is a problem with an item or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately as we are here to help and make it right. Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. In the first instance, please send photographs of the fault to online@mylifestylemode.com stating the problem and your order details.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unless faulty, certain types of items cannot be returned such as swimsuits, knickers/pants or earrings. This is for hygiene reasons. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or any sales items as they are final sale.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
