Shipping policy

Your shopping experience at mylifestylemode.com is very important to us. Once you have placed an order, it will be dispatched the next day or the following business day if placed during the weekend or on a Bank Holiday. Once your order has been completed and packed, you will receive an email from us confirming the successful dispatch of your parcel. You will also receive a tracking reference.

Free UK Delivery over £100

 

EUROPEAN DELIVERY

Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed (approx. 3-5 business days): £14.50 - £17.20 dependent on weight.

 

REST OF WORLD

Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed (approx. 3-5 business days): £19.15 - £29.05 dependent on weight.

 

For international orders, please note our charges are for delivery only and all duties and taxes (where applicable) are the responsibility of the customer. By placing an order for an international delivery, you are agreeing to our terms. If any parcels are refused at customs, the customer will be liable to any further costs for the return of this order which will be deducted from your refund amount.

 

SHIPPING TERMS

 

We cannot recall items or change delivery destinations once an item has been dispatched.

 

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be charged for both delivery and the collection cost.

 

If you are unavailable when our delivery partner tries to deliver your order, they will usually try to deliver again the next working day or they will drop a card in to offer you other redelivery or collection options. If you should refuse delivery of goods, or are not available to accept the delivery after redelivery attempts or collect from your agreed local collection point, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred.
